The Practice

Founded in 1992, Studio Four Architects has steadily expanded its base and workload in Romsey and opened a Winchester branch in 1997.

The latest technology is utilised, with all staff working at networked AutoCAD and administration workstations. In addition, the regular use of colour plotters, E-mail, scanners and digital graphics and photography enhance the quality and speed of our service.

The Practice aims to provide appropriate and affordable design solutions, based on design flair tempered by practical knowledge and with a full understanding of technology, statutory regulations, construction techniques and a good cross-section of design skills.

Our Services

We can offer our clients, a full architectural service from inception to completion. With experience in different procurements and contracts including Traditional, Design & Build, Develop & Construct and Procure 21, and working as client agent, Contractor's architect and novation to carry out both roles.

The service is tailored to the individual needs of the Project, omitting and changing requirements to suit. Alongside the standard RIBA full services, there are many additional services and extras that we can include as required.
