Darlington House
Following a number of Feasibility Studies on the site, Studio Four were commissioned to design a purpose-built three-bedroom bungalow and a block of four flats. Both dwellings contain specific accommodation for residents with special needs and include accessible bathrooms, showers and WCs. There is a Warden bedroom in each dwelling and all areas are covered by an emergency call system. The Interior Design was carried out in close liaison with the residents, who chose the colour schemes and finishes.
