Glenwood, Titchfield, Fareham
“Glenwood” registered group home for disabled persons with learning difficulties required refurbishment to comply with the latest DoH’s Care Home Standards. The project replaced the existing extension with a single storey pitched roof extension to provide two en-suite disabled persons’ bedrooms, together with an assisted bathroom. The property was refurbished, a lift was installed and a new external access ramp was provided. The internal colour schemes and finishes were chosen with the occupants to further enhance the domestic feel to the property.
