Kenwood Factory
Phase 1 works consisted of the change of use of part of the building from Storage to Office accommodation and the construction of new internal offices and demonstration rooms within the existing ground and first floor office accommodation.
Phase 2 works consisted of the re-siting of the existing water filter cartridge assembly and packing facility from Units 7 and 8 to Unit 1 Warehouse to allow units 7 and 8 to be handed back to the Landlord.
