4 Dwellings, Kings Worthy
For 22 years the original private owners had made various attempts to obtain Planning permission for development of their bungalow on a sloping plot in Kings Worthy.
Studio Four undertook detailed pre-application discussions with the Local Authority and liaised with local Estate Agents on the optimum type of development. This led to the agreement of key design and density criteria for the site and a successful application which achieved 3 new dwellings alongside the retention and refurbishment of the existing bungalow.
Studio Four then assised the owners in finding suitable purchasers and were subsequently appointed by Williams Ewan to develop the Planning Drawings for Building Regulations approval and construction
