Ownership
Our staff take pride in the ownership of their projects and are able to manage every part of the construction process, through all the RIBA stages. This includes supplementary roles that clients often appoint us to undertake, such as Contract Administration, Principal Designer, Surveying, Interior Design, Landscape Design and Conservation, as listed in our Services.
Environmental awareness
We have made a commitment to address how we can become a more sustainable and environmentally responsible practice. Our Carbon Reduction Plan sets out how we aim to do this. All our staff have taken part in Sustainability Workshops as we drive this forward in the way we run our company and in the architecture we design.
Team development
Our people make us who we are. We foster their development so that they can be the best they can, and encourage them to take on new skills to help broaden our range of services. It is their competence, knowledge and expertise that will sustain and continue to evolve the practice into the future.
Collaboration
We strongly believe that a committed design and construction team is crucial to the success of any project. Our experienced staff are capable of leading project teams and collaborating effectively with all parties involved. We endeavour to foster excellent professional relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and local authorities alike. Good communication skills and mutual respect are key to this success.

About
Studio Four Architects is a RIBA chartered; award winning, architectural practice of around 30 staff based predominantly in Hampshire. Our team work across a very wide variety of sectors and whilst specialising in healthcare have considerable experience in many others.
Our ethos is ‘ownership’. We are hands-on and much prefer to see our designs through from an idea to “paper” and to the built form. Problem-solving in a creative way. We manage every part of the process and deliver what we say we will, leading the design team through all the RIBA Stages, from conception to completion and beyond.
We pride ourselves on producing quality architecture that lasts and provide a service that meets and exceeds our client’s expectations.
Our main bases are in Romsey and Winchester and whilst the majority of our work is in southern England, we deliver projects right across the UK and occasionally even further afield.
Projects include healthcare, education, residential, leisure, commercial, historic, emergency services, church, marine, industrial and community-based schemes.
