After a lengthy planning process we are delighted to announce that we have obtained planning approval for the creation of 9 new dwellings and a small office facility within Surrey’s Green Belt and Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The proposals involve the partial demolition, conversion and alteration of 5 large existing rural buildings to provide 8 x 4 bedroom dwellings and 1 x 3 bedroom dwelling. Landscaping is of high quality and a new pond will provide biodiversity to what is currently a predominantly hard landscaped site.
The development represents a 56% reduction in built form on the application site
