We were delighted to receive Planning Permission at appeal for a new dwelling on an infill site at Chilworth, just outside Southampton.
Spruce Town Planning submitted the appeal following refusal of a second Full application for a new 3-bedroom chalet bungalow, designed to match existing adjacent properties.
Our clients will now be marketing the site for sale.
