Cranbox Development

Studio Four have recently obtained planning consent for Cranbox – a new development to provide units for start-up businesses in Cranbrook, Devon in conjunction with the Town Council and East Devon District Council. The scheme forms part of the masterplan for the ongoing development of the new town of Cranbrook, and is located adjacent to the proposed town square – with bold branding to reflect its corner position. The two-storey building provide a mix of units on two floors, with an upper terrace for food outlets. Work is due to start on site in the spring.
