We are delighted to announce that we have obtained planning approval for 3 new dwellings in the Test Valley.
The project was unanimously approved at the Southern Area Committee on 8th April
The proposal was possible thanks to an already successful Class Q conversion on the site to create 3 new dwellings within 2 existing structures.
We were able to bank the existing approval and design a more sympathetic, high quality proposal on the site.
The design focuses around a courtyard concept with extensive landscaping including a new pond and increased landscape screening from the streetscene
Each dwelling will benefit from garaging and utility spaces, as well as open plan living / kitchen and dining spaces, with a separate formal lounge and study. Upstairs 4 large bedrooms are created with a minimum of 3 bathrooms. Large landing spaces look over the double height entrance spaces. Each dwelling will have extensive front and rear garden spaces and will be highly sustainable with above target U values, Air source heat pumps, MVHR and PV panels
We are currently developing the technical design with assistance from AWA, with the intention of starting on site in the summer
With thanks to all in our design team, particularly Nova Planning in delivering a great result for our client
