We’re thrilled that planning permission has been granted for an electric vehicle super hub at a site near Winchester, just off the A34 near Three Maids. The project is one of the biggest EV charging hubs in the country. Studio Four were tasked with preparing the design for the site, which includes an on-site restaurant/café with toilet facilities and children’s play area. 44no. charging spaces will be provided for domestic vehicles, longer vehicles (such as vans) and larger vehicles, including those that are towing.
The landscaping for the site takes into consideration permeability, bio-diversity improvements, and ecological enhancements. The site even contains on site power generation through the provision of solar panels – which further celebrate the green credentials for the site.
