Planning obtained for the creation of 2 new dwellings in a rural setting

Following a lengthy planning process we are delighted to have obtained planning permission for the creation of 2 new dwellings in a rural setting.

Working with our client Landlink Estates and Planning Consultant Jackson Planning (and a whole host of other specialist sub-consultants) we created a planning strategy that at first ensured the conversion of an existing redundant grain barn into 2 dwellings under Class Q approval.

Following this approval we were then able to argue the case for 2 high quality, 4 bedroom, new build dwellings that have a lower impact in the rural setting, albeit on the same footprint as the existing building.
As part of this project we were also able to secure Listed Building Planning Approval last year for the conversion of a Historic flint barn into a 5 bedroom dwelling on the same site.
