Studio Four have been working with Freedom Church in Romsey on designs for a brand-new Freedom Centre building, to bring together the various church activities under one roof. The site has been challenging due to flood risk and so the proposed design raises the building up with a raised external deck; the building itself takes its cues from agricultural design to provide flexible accommodation for the church’s extensive community work and worship. A planning application has been submitted in conjunction with Southern Planning Practice and is currently being considered by Test Valley Borough Council.
