This project created a new building to accommodate the Andover Health Centre, which was formerly located in an old and poorly-performing building on the Andover hospital site. The ground floor now has a GP surgery with 18 clinical rooms, and the first floor houses an NHS dental service.

Construction was challenging due to its proximity to the hospital main entrance and primary service routes which ran through the building footprint. The design took its cues from the existing hospital building materials but with a more contemporary style. The building achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating.
