St James’s Hospital garden in Portsmouth is a fully accessible memorial garden created to give the staff a calming space to sit away from the hustle and bustle of hospital life. A selection of words, chosen by Solent NHS, were incorporated within the design to honour the hard work of all staff in challenging times. It also provides a peaceful place of reflection where staff can remember their colleagues and friends who have lost their lives in recent years.
