Rhiannon joined Studio Four in 2016 and was appointed Project Director in 2025. Her architectural experience spans both the public and private sectors, with a particular focus on education, healthcare, and defence projects; undertaking lead consultant and project architect roles as well as Principal Designer responsibilities under both CDM and the BSA requirements.

She places a strong emphasis on adopting productive working relationships with clients, end users, and multidisciplinary teams. Her exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, commitment, and collaborative style enable her to manage expectations effectively, address queries and concerns with professionalism, and instil confidence among stakeholders.

A significant highlight of Rhiannon’s career includes multiple residential secondments to the Falkland Islands, where she acted as a technical representative and advisor. In this capacity, she undertook site inspections, resolved technical challenges, and provided support across a range of defence and community development projects within the islands.
