Following a lengthy planning process we are delighted to have obtained planning permission for the creation of 2 new dwellings in a rural setting.
Working with Planning Consultant Atlas Planning we were successful in providing 2 modern residential units on the site of a low quality bungalow and existing agricultural barn, all within the village settlement.

The new large contemporary dwelling provides a new family home for our client, and the new single storey dwelling (created following the removal of a redundant barn) will be put on the commercial market.

As part of a subsequent planning application we were able to achieve a new dedicated driveway access off the road for the new large dwelling

We are now in the Technical Design stage of the project, and hope to be on site in the near future.
