We were commissioned to design a memorial garden for the staff at St Mary’s Hospital in Portsmouth following the Covid pandemic on a ‘left over’ corner of the hospital campus. Along with the planting of a memorial tree, the garden also aims to give a place for staff and patients to go during break times. Mixed perennial planting along with some evergreen shrubs were included for seasonal interest and year round colour.
