The planning application to extend, alter and refurbish an existing dwelling in Sarisbury Green has recently been approved. Proposals seek reconstruction of the existing roof to provide additional first floor accommodation, extension to the rear of the property, a new roof terrace, over-cladding to improve the thermal performance of existing walls and replacement windows.
A new pool house outbuilding is also proposed and approved as part of the scheme.
