Studio Four were commissioned by Kenwood Delonghi Braun UK to provide a multi-phased refurbishment scheme at their Havant Business Park. 2018 saw the project completion of the headquarters’ refurbishment at two of their units - a stand-alone, fully insulated single-storey unit plus an administration / warehouse upgrade to their main HQ.
The single-storey addition now houses their main customer retail shop, cooking academy, goods repair facilities and an auditorium with folding divider partitions. The HQ block now has a more flexible factory floor space, directly adjacent to upgraded demonstration areas, a new cafeteria and kitchens. Re-designed open-architecture offices allows for improved communication, giving direct access to new meeting rooms. This was one of the first projects where Studio Four provided electric car parking bays.
